What to do when Office requires phone activation.

Step 1

Open any Office app such as Word.

Step 2

Choose phone activation if online activation fails.

Step 3

Copy the Installation ID shown on your screen.

Step 4

Submit the Installation ID through Track Order or contact support.

Step 5

Wait for Confirmation ID from support.
